Using Baggy
These terms apply to the Baggy iPhone app and trybaggy.com, operated by Devin Levine. By using Baggy, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to support@trybaggy.com.
Baggy helps organize grocery lists, budgets, pantry items and meal plans, and provides recipe discovery and AI cooking suggestions. Features may change during development and may not be available for every store, device or region.
Your account and household
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials and verification codes private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
When you join a household, its members can access shared household information. Share invitations and list links only with people you intend to give access to. Do not upload content you lack permission to use or share someone else’s private information without their permission.
Prices, recipes and AI answers
Prices, product availability and aisle locations may be incomplete, outdated or specific to a different branch. Confirm them with the retailer before making a purchase. A cart total is an estimate, not a store quote or checkout transaction.
Recipe times and nutrition information come from available source data and may be estimates. AI answers and photo identification can be incorrect. Check ingredient labels, allergens, preparation instructions and food safety for yourself. Baggy is not a medical service, and its suggestions do not replace advice from a qualified professional.
Content and acceptable use
You retain ownership of content you provide. You permit Baggy and its service providers to process it as needed to provide the features you choose, including sharing household information and processing AI requests described in the Privacy Policy.
Baggy’s branding and software belong to their respective owners. Recipe text, photographs and retailer content remain the property of their owners. Access through Baggy does not grant a right to republish or commercially redistribute that content.
Do not use Baggy for unlawful activity, attempt to access other users’ accounts or private data, bypass security or usage limits, or interfere with the service.
Availability and account closure
Baggy may be interrupted or unavailable, particularly during testing. Keep another copy of information you cannot afford to lose. We may restrict access to prevent abuse or address violations of these terms.
You may stop using Baggy at any time. To request account deletion, use the available account controls or email support@trybaggy.com. Shared household content and limited retained records are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top identifies this version. We will communicate material changes as appropriate. Contact support@trybaggy.com if you have questions before continuing to use Baggy.
